This guided tour with Food Writer, Kate Ryan, will connect you to the people, places and stories that make the award winning town of Clonakilty such a vibrant foodie hub. This tour is an ideal opportunity to meet the producers, learn about their food story, history and traditions – a chance to get a real sense of the people behind some amazing, and often times unique, food being produced in the town. 

Booking in advance is essential. Book by 4pm the day before.

• Meet in the upstairs lounge of Arís Cafe, Asna Square at 11am.
• The tour starts at 11am sharp and finishes at 3pm.
• Tour is €50 per person and is inclusive of all food and drink samples.
• This tour is not suitable for children under 11 years old.
• All except the first and final stop on the tour is wheelchair accessible, but alternative arrangements can be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Changes & Cancellations

• The Clonakilty Walking Food Tour will run only if there is a minimum of two people booked in. In the unlikely event a tour does not run, you will be offered either a full refund or a date change.
• The tour runs rain or shine, but in the event of extreme adverse weather the tour may be cancelled. In this unlikely event, you will be offered either a full refund or a date change.
• You can change the date of your tour any time up to 3pm the day before a tour for free. Simply email kate@flavour.ie by 3pm with the date you wish to change to.
• Cancellations are only available up to 1 week prior to your tour date. After that, and up to 3pm the day before, you have the option to change your date. After this you will forfeit your place on the tour.
